Australian Institute of Kettlebell is a comprehensive Kettlebell course composed of 15 Fundamental Kettlebell Exercises including the Swing, Clean, Press, Snatch, Turkish Get-up and Windmill. You will learn many great progressions and regressions of the key lifts so you have exercises for all fitness levels. You will learn how to create GREAT Kettle bell programs.

　　My name is James Ramage and I'm an AIKgraduate. I did my level 1 and 2 course in late 2012 and it’s the single mosteffective training course I’ve done that’s influenced my business. At the endof the 2 day course I walked out of there exhausted (heaps of helpful practicalwork) and pumped to put what I learnt into practise.
